PRODUCER'S NIGHT: A CELEBRATION OF SHORT FILMS AND CINEMATIC TALENT
Producer’s Night is a unique event dedicated to showcasing narrative short films, providing a platform for filmmakers to share their work with a diverse audience of industry professionals. This special screening takes place during the week when many Oscar-qualifying films are being shown, offering an exciting opportunity for filmmakers to connect and engage with others in the film community.

THE PLATFORM FOR EMERGING FILMMAKERS
Producer's Night offers emerging filmmakers the chance to showcase their films to an audience that includes producers, distributors, and other industry professionals. Whether or not their films are Oscar-eligible, the event celebrates creativity, originality, and the power of storytelling, giving each filmmaker the opportunity to be seen and heard.

WHY PRODUCER'S NIGHT MATTERS
Unlike many other film events, Producer’s Night fosters a sense of community and connection. Held at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in West Hollywood, this private, invite-only event brings together filmmakers, producers, distributors, and decision-makers for an evening that highlights short films. It’s a meaningful opportunity for filmmakers at any stage of their careers to share their work with an engaged and supportive audience.

A TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS
Producer's Night has already proven its value. The event's inaugural 'Film of the Year,' Ala Kachuu by Maria Brendle, went on to secure an official Academy Award®️ nomination in the 'Live Action Short Film' category. Similarly, subsequent winners like Ousmane by Jorge Camarotti have captured the attention of both audiences and the Academy. With each edition, the event continues to expand its reach, highlighting films across a variety of genres while remaining committed to its core focus on the 'Live Action Short Film' category.

A CURATED EXPERIENCE FOR FILMMAKERS AND INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
What makes Producer’s Night stand out is its careful curation of films. The selection process ensures that each film is given attention and space to shine. Additionally, attendees are provided with online access to screeners, allowing them to revisit and explore the films at their convenience, ensuring that no story goes unnoticed.

PRODUCER’S NIGHT: WHERE FILMMAKERS AND OPPORTUNITIES MEET
For filmmakers, being selected for Producer’s Night is an exciting opportunity to showcase their work and connect with a network of industry professionals. Films are chosen based on creativity, quality, and vision—regardless of budget or previous recognition. For industry professionals, it’s a chance to discover fresh voices and support the future of cinema.
