The Second "Prague Actors and Filmmakers Film Festival" will be happening on the 14-16 of June in central movie theater in Prague. The festival is expected to include independent film screenings from filmmakers around the world.
"Prague Actors and Filmmakers" is committed to be the bonding bridge, space & hub of actors & directors & filmmakers. The Prague Actors And Filmmakers Film Festival mission is to establish and develop the artistic community and the growth of film industry in the city of Prague, Czech Republic.

The selected films will screened at our in person festival and after that, every selected entry will screen online.

The "Best Short Movie" will be screened at "Universal Film Festival Samothraki" that is happening in the island of Samothraki during August.

The film Festival is supported by the Embassy of Greece in Prague, UNESCO Club of Piraeus and Islands and International Action Art.

The judges for the awards are established professionals from the film industry.
The winners will receive a plaque with their award.

Rules & Terms

All films must be in English or have English language subtitles.

Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted.

The festival authorities will have the right to retain copies of each film and the material sent as part of our festival library and can be screened in for education, promotion, awareness and commercial purposes.

The films sent to P.A.F.F.F. can be shown on the Czech and International T.V., local network, Internet etc. for promotion and publicity.

Films that are submitted must be the competitor’s original work and shall not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all required copyright permissions regarding music, sound & images etc. presented in their film.
Film Format:
DCP film format

Image format - 16:9 - FLAT (1:1.85) or 21:9 - SCOPE (1:1.35 or 1:1.2.39)

Ideální bit rate - 30-40 Mb/s

Sound - 5.1 or 7.1

Frame rate - 24 FPS
