The Philly TV Festival was created to help independent producers of television, internet media, and short form film to hone their craft, improve their program development and distribution processes, and create an environment to foster creativity and ideas. We showcase individuals and their ideas and help them to network with the executives and studios that can help them bring their content to completion for the airwaves.

We have partnerships with networks, studios, teaching institutions, sales and marketing groups, artist representatives, artist management companies, and weathered television professionals whom can help undiscovered talent to develop their ideas into full fledged television programs that are branded and designed for submissions to not only partner networks but any television executive.

Our ultimate goal and measure of success is the ability to secure our attendees actual development deals through sponsored contests. Winners will submit content to be chosen by partner organizations for production financing and production mentoring.

The festival is a yearly event held in Philadelphia to screen independently produced content, conduct expertise panels, and hold workshops that are useful to creatives aspiring to break into the television business.
