The next generation of international music awards - PBIMA is a global music and video hub that enables musicians and artists to have their best work recognized by a global audience of music fans.

PBIMA gives artists the opportunity to introduce their work to a whole new audience - music fans in different countries and demographics - and also to have their work reviewed and endorsed by some of the most respected and experienced names in the music industry.

The PBIMA judging panel consists of the most experienced and accomplished musicians, writers, and producers in the industry. These judges are superstars and pioneers - with dozens of GRAMMY, EMMY, and Billboard awards combined, as well as many platinum and gold records and TOP 10 hits from across the globe. These artists have millions of fans and have performed to sold out shows around the world.

Our judging panel includes: Al Di Meola, Arturo Sandoval, Jon Secada, Carlos Oliva, Diego Torres, Leonid Agutin, Jimmy Rosenberg, Richard Bravo, Angelica Maria Varum, Orlando "Maraca' Valle, Slava Moroz-Gutman, Mikhail Reva, Tasula Mia, and Harold Ortiz, Frantisek Brikcius, and Hobart Earle.

MONTHLY AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS & PROMOTION
Music or music video submissions are open from the 1st to the 30th of each month. Finalists and Winners will be announced on the 15th of the following month.

Monthly winners are automatically entered into the PBIMA annual awards to be held every January. No additional submissions are necessary.

Press releases will be sent to international wire services and to the trades. A digital PBIMA laureate will be sent to winning contacts following the awards announcement. PBIMA winners may refer in advertising and publicity to the fact that they are a PBIMA winner and, for one year after the award was bestowed, may use a replica of the PBIMA award or the PBIMA logo in such advertising. Printed certificates will be available for purchase up to 30 days after winners are announced.

ANNUAL AWARDS CEREMONY *SUBJECT TO CHANGE
- Gala awards show to be held in Palm Beach, FL
- All annual award winners will receive one statuette trophy designed by world renowned artist Mikhail Reva
- Attending in-person: winners will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation. PBIMA will offer accommodation packages. RSVPs will be required 30 days in advance. PBIMA will communicate details 60 days prior to the Annual Event.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a monthly PBIMA award, entries must have been professionally produced, released, exhibited, screened, aired or shown online the prior month before the submission deadline.

Artists must have all applicable rights to any songs or videos entered. Songs, performances, or music videos submitted for a PBIMA award may be displayed or shown for promotional purposes as PBIMA deems appropriate. By entering, the entrant agrees to hold PBIMA and any of its affiliated companies exempt from any costs or expenses of any claim arising out of any such use. PBIMA assumes no responsibility for the acts or omissions of those individuals or entities submitting entries pursuant to this notice. All submitting entities and/or individuals are advised to review submissions with respect to correct name credits and other information.

Content submitted to the PBIMA will be promoted on our website, in printed materials (such as the festival program) and in our press and marketing activity which includes social media channels of PBIMA and our judges. The artist gives us the right to use the name of the entry and the images submitted for the uses listed.

Once an entry is officially accepted to the festival, the artist(s) can no longer withdraw it from consideration for an award. Songs or videos can only be submitted once, regardless of which categories are selected for consideration.

PBIMA is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any entered song, performance, or video submitted and accepted for an award consideration for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the song or video for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.

The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless PBIMA and its assignees, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
