1. All films must be original creations of the filmmakers and artists.
2. Short films are to be at least 5 minutes and under 40 minutes, feature films to be over 40 minutes and under 120 minutes. No films made before 2021 will be accepted.
3. All films are to be accompanied by the entrance fee per entry.
4. Films must be in english or have english subtitles.
5. Films must be submitted as an online streaming video at www.filmfreeway.com/PalisadeFilmFestival
6. Palisade Film Festival only streams films as digital files. If you can not provide a film as a digital file for screening please refrain from submitting a film.
7. Palisade Film Festival reserves the right at its own discretion to reject or disqualify any ineligible entries without a refund.
8. Filmmakers are responsible for securing any and all necessary rights for their films. Palisade Film Festival disclaims all liability or responsibility for any violations.
9. Palisade Film Festival is under no obligation to disclose (a) judges and screeners (b) feedback for films (c) details regarding submission review or selection process.
10. All entry fees are non refundable.
11. There will be one (1) winner of the short films and one (1) winner of the feature films. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable local, state and federal taxes of any prizes or awards.
12. I represent that I am 18 years of age or older, or that if I am younger than the legal age to enter into contracts in my state, I have provided a written consent from my parent or legal guardian.
13. If your film is accepted you give Palisade Film Festival (a) the right to use footage, stills and/or titles, and information from the Film for promotional purposes and (b) the right to issue and authorize publicity concerning the filmmakers and the Film and to use all associated names, likenesses and biographical information.
14. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the rules and regulations for submitting a film to the Festival. By submitting a film I agree to all rules.
15. All filmmakers will be notified by March 10 2023 by their contact email.
