SCREENING & SHOWCASE
— London premiere for winners at official launch event
— Ticketed screenings with revenue sharing (you earn from ticket sales)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
— Submit via FilmFreeway only
— All genres and lengths welcome
— Non-English films must include English subtitles
— You must hold all necessary rights
— Digital submissions only
— All content must be cleared for screening (music, cast, footage)
— Email confirmation sent after submission

SELECTION PROCESS
Panel includes film professionals and industry experts. All decisions are final. Selected films may be featured in promotional materials (max 3-min clips). High-resolution stills (300dpi+) may be requested. All entrants notified by stated notification date.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
— Copyright remains with YOU — full IP ownership retained
— By submitting, you confirm all necessary permissions secured
— Submission fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
— Screening fees cannot be offered
— Entry constitutes acceptance of all terms

TERMS, CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMERS
Platform & Features — Peekaboon is in development phase. All features are subject to change, delay, or modification. Founding Member Access provides features as they become available. No guarantees on specific launch dates, feature availability, or uptime.
Prizes & Benefits — Subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of similar value. Revenue sharing terms agreed individually. London screenings subject to venue availability. Organisers reserve the right to modify prize structures.
Liability — PAHUS, Peekaboon, and affiliated partners accept no liability for technical failures, data loss, notification delays, date/venue changes, or consequential losses. Maximum liability shall not exceed the submission fee paid.
Data & Privacy — Films stored securely. Personal data processed under UK GDPR. Materials may be retained for promotional and archival purposes. Contact details may be used for festival communications. Full privacy policy at pahus.org.
Intellectual Property — All content remains the filmmaker’s IP. By submitting, you grant PIFF & iDC a non-exclusive license to screen your film at festival events, use clips (max 3 minutes) for promotion, and feature stills/poster art in marketing. This license is limited to festival activities and does not transfer ownership.
Changes & Cancellations — Organisers may modify dates, format, or venue, or cancel due to circumstances beyond control. Submission fees are non-refundable; entrants may be offered entry to a future edition.
Disputes — Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. Organisers’ decisions on all festival matters are final.
By submitting, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms, have authority to submit and grant the licenses described, and accept that platform features are subject to development and availability.

Platform Cataloguing — By submitting, you agree that your film’s metadata (title, synopsis, credits, genre, runtime, poster art, and trailer if provided) may be catalogued on the PACCS platform (paccs.peekaboon.com) for discovery, analytics, and filmmaker networking purposes. This does not grant screening, streaming, or distribution rights. Your film content will not be made publicly viewable on PACCS without your separate, explicit consent. You may request removal of your catalogue listing at any time by contacting peekaboon@pahus.org.
