Oska Bright Film Festival is the world’s leading festival for films made by or featuring people with learning disabilities, autism or aspergers.

We show bold, exciting and different work from voices you might not have heard before.
At the most recent festival in 2022 we screened 99 films from 17 different countries and welcomed 3,000 people through our doors. The appetite for this work gets stronger each year.

Over the festival we screen groundbreaking work, host Q&A sessions, presentations, keynotes and industry panels. The festival ends with an awards ceremony, with awards presented by leading lights from the industry.

8 Handcrafted Awards

  • We always love the impact this festival has on the films and filmmakers it supports. In a busy landscape of festivals this type of spotlight is often overlooked... So it's great that Oska Bright exists and excels in what it sets out to do. In 2024 we had Monico Perseus be part of the programme.
