Oregon Short Film Festival

If selected, filmmakers are to provide a link to download a digital copy of your film for our projection team. Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Vimeo or any other reputable download website will help make this process simple. We compile .mov, .mp4, .avi, or .wmv files into an editing session and burn the films on HD Blu-Ray DVD. Please send files that are less than 4 GB in total file size. Our programs are approximately 120 minutes in length. Films are screened in a back to back, rapid fire format to hold the interest of the audience. Shorter credits are appreciated.

Oregon Short Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Oregon Short Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
