The Oregon Short Film Festival is a seasonal event (Winter, Summer and Fall) on the Film Festival Circuit for filmmakers of all genres to showcase their creative works in the Pacific Northwest. A live screening of international independent short films, series episodes, and music videos of all genres. Oregon is known for being a fun and laid back state in the Pacific Northwest with yummy food and lots to do. Whether it’s the nature experience, the arts or the wonderful wine, craft beer and food options, if you haven’t visited at least once, perhaps it’s time you came out here! Overall Rating
  • Thank you so much to Mikel - festival director for organising this festival! Really good in supporting early career filmmakers. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there for the screening and cheering awardees, but am so happy to have been screened in Portland, Oregon ( USA) .
Mikel has a series of opportunities once the film is accepted including interviews, other festival recommendations , and of course awards. Apply !

This has been my most positive and human festival experience so far (and the other festivals that this team run). Mikel is a total joy and I really appreciate the platform and the opportunity. x

In this time of the "online" events of dubious validity, the Oregon Short Film Festival, with Mikel Fair at the helm, was a refreshingly real experience. It was great to associate with a crowd of fellow filmmakers at a quaint and intimate venue. Participants got actual certificates and the crew made you feel like a star. Big Mahalos!

A well-run festival, very inclusive with opportunities to network. Each of us was interviewed and had those interviews posted. The screening schedule got a little messed up on the day due to a venue lighting issue, but overall very good!

  • Thank you Oregon for giving me this opportunity to screen my work. Mikel and his team were very helpful with us from the beginning even when I asked for a discount to submit my film they didn't hesistate at all. Wish you all the best for the next editions.
