Must be a student of school ages K-12 that resides in Orange County Florida.
There must be a FAME member on staff at the school.

The festival includes 11 categories, but all work MUST be completed by the student filmmakers. No adults may create any portion of the video from story boarding to final production.
Jim Harbin is a three tiered festival. (1) Districts/Counties conduct festivals independently and narrow their submissions to Regional to 1st through 3rd places for each category and grade level. (2) Regional Chairpersons receive submissions May 1, from their districts/counties and arrange for those videos to be judged and narrowed down to 1st through 3rd places in each category and grade-level. (3) June 1, Regional chairpersons forward videos to the State Chairperson for judging.
Copyright - All work must be original. Copyright infringement will disqualify an entry. Fair use does not apply to the festival. All work submitted must be the work of the submitting filmmaker, and that filmmaker must hold all copyrights to that work. Copyrights include, but are not limited to, the work itself, and all content within the work, including persons, locations, and music.
Submission Deadline - Submissions must be uploaded via FilmFreeway, by midnight, March 29, 2024.
