The Ocktober Film Festival (OFF) is one of the few film festivals that is housed in its own NY movie theater. OFF serves as a platform for artist to express themselves through film and new media. We are proud to announce that as an established film festival we are listed on IMDB.
The Ocktober Film Festival is heavily involved with the independent filmmaking community and therefore, has become a trusted resource for emerging and established filmmakers. OFF 2018 showcased some of the best visionaries and creatives from around the world. This year we will be expanding our efforts to include more opportunities for all of our selected filmmakers.
We look forward to providing useful information that will enrich and empower the filmmaking community. Educational workshops in acting, writing, filmmaking, producing, distribution and financing will be available to all of our filmmakers.
We invite you to join us this year at Ocktober Film Festival! We are certain this will be a valuable occasion that welcomes diversity and admiration for meaningful art. We look forward to seeing you at the Ocktober Film Festival 2019!
