***FEATURE LENGTH CATEGORY ADDED***

New to the independent scene comes the New Jersey Short Film Festival & Awards (NJSFA) created by independent artist, producer, editor-n-chief, and author Carona Davis-Diop of Hunterdon County NJ. In seeing that local and distant independent artist weren't being recognized enough, Carona set out to build multiple platforms for Indie Artists striving to build and showcase their work to the world. Within these multiple platforms are SplitScreen Magazine & Vlog, Diop Productions (Film), Diop Publishing, Diop Productions Art & Anime and much more.

A trophy and certificate will be given to the winner of each category (special mentions will receive a certificate) . Out of each category 1 filmmaker will be chosen to compete for "Indie Filmmaker of the Year" at our first annual film festival in April (Venue TBA).
