Submissions for the first New Cumberland Music & Film Festival are now open! Organized by the New Cumberland Collective and the West Shore Theatre, the festival promises to be an exciting celebration of music and film, combining music-themed movies and live performances by a variety of bands from throughout Central PA. Accepted music videos will be shown in a screening during the festival on September 16th. Music videos created in and around central Pennsylvania will have greater consideration in the review process.
