The virtual team of Florida International Horror Film Festival traces its history back to 2017, when it was founded by a group of filmmakers and fans who were passionate about horror films and grotesque themes. Initially, the festival was established to showcase and promote these non-traditional genres in the Florida area, and has now grown into an international event.

Our vision is to become the preferred platform for horror filmmakers and fans around the world by showcasing diverse, innovative and high-quality horror film works. We plan to continue to expand our influence, strengthen cooperation with the global film community, and promote the development and innovation of horror film art.

We are committed to providing an important platform for emerging and veteran filmmakers to communicate and showcase their works through the film festival, while encouraging the exploration and experimentation of new filmmaking techniques and visual styles. We hope to explore the fears, hopes and supernatural wonders deep in the human heart through the unique expression of horror films.
