Art, in all its forms, moves people … and film is a powerful tool.
Our film content and related programs encourage community connectivity, facilitate conversation, and provide a positive impact on, and experience for, participants of all ages.
The vision of Nature Now includes year-round programming alongside an annual flagship festival. Participants can expect to see exceptional films & documentaries of multiple genres and thematic content such as adventure, outdoor recreation, regenerative agriculture, conservation initiatives, diversity & inclusion in outdoors spaces, sustainable resources, wildlife management, water quality, visual & cultural arts, public health impacts, and much more. The films vary widely in style and length,
Our programs bring together a vibrant variety of established and emerging filmmakers, documentary producers, artists, outdoor enthusiasts, unexpected adventurers, environmental experts, natural resource managers, community stakeholders and special guests for audience Q&A and panel discussions. We host (and co-host) talks, exhibitions, clinics, workshops and break-out sessions in various locations throughout downtown. Our vision is also to continue creating programs that are unique, educational, engaging, interactive and connective experiences year-round, and throughout the region.
