Bases participación en el NIAFFS 2023. NOIDENTITY – International Action Film Festival – Spain.
NIAFFS nace con objetivos muy concretos en torno a la difusión de la cultura cinematográfica en nuestro país y centrado en el cine de acción internacional.
Inscripciones: Los participantes deben ser mayores de edad. No existe límite de edad máxima. El periodo de inscripciones se abrirá el 1 de Noviembre de 2022 y se cerrará el 1 de Mayo de 2023, debiéndose enviar hasta esa fecha una copia digital de la obra que se desea proponer o un enlace de visionado junto al formulario de inscripción correspondiente. (formulario de inscripción disponible en la web del NIAFFS).
Los largometrajes presentados pueden haber sido anteriormente proyectados, colgados en internet o presentados en otras muestras / festivales. Al ser un festival de carácter internacional, se admiten producciones realizadas fuera del territorio español.
Se aceptarán largometrajes rodados y estrenados con posterioridad al 1 de Enero de 2021.
La temática en cualquier caso será libre pero deberá tener escenas de acción. En los créditos del largometraje deberán aparecer las figuras del coordinador de acción y también al menos un/a especialista de cine.
Duración: mínimo 60 minutos para largometrajes y 5 minutos para cortometrajes..

On line a través de las plataformas digitales habilitadas para ello (ver link “INSCRIPTION” en nuestra web).
Para Proyección:
Archivo digital en alta calidad para la proyección de los largometrajes seleccionados.
No es imprescindible aunque sí deseable que los proyectos se presenten subtitulados al español. Si la versión no está ni hablada ni subtitulada al español, la copia de selección (screener) debe estar subtitulada en inglés.
En caso de que se confirme la inclusión del largometraje o cortometraje propuesto en el NIAFFS, se deberá enviar una copia de exhibición en archivo digital, preferentemente subtitulada al español.
Las copias en DVD o en pen drive no serán devueltas.
Exhibiciones: Se enviará una notificación por mail a los directores/productores cuyos trabajos vayan a ser expuestos. Las exhibiciones y actividades paralelas dentro del marco del Festival se realizarán en (Sevilla - España) entre el 25 de Junio y el 1 de Julio de 2023. Las películas y cortometrajes seleccionados se podrán ver a través de nuestra web du- rante la semana del NIAFFS 2023, y extenderemos el visionado en nuestra plataforma una semana más después de co- municar los ganadores de los Helios 2023.
Transporte de las copias: Una vez aceptada la participación de los largometrajes en el Festival, la fecha límite fijada para la recepción de las copias de exhibición (Pen drive o archivo digital) es el 10 de Junio de 2023.

Todas las copias deben ser enviadas al Festival con los costes de transporte e impuestos prepagos. No se aceptarán en - víos a cobro revertido. Se deberá indicar siempre que la copia no tiene valor comercial y declarar un valor máximo de 50 Euros / USD a los efectos aduaneros.
Material informativo y publicidad: El Festival debe recibir de cada largometraje seleccionado, antes del 10 de Junio de 2023, material publicitario, consistente en dossier de prensa, ficha técnica y fotografías del film y de los actores, direc- tor, etc, así como un trailer en formato digital. Se desea de esta manera aportar la mejor información posible a la prensa internacional, local y al público español.
Premios: El Jurado del NIAFFS concederá: 1.- un premio al mejor largometraje nacional, 2.- un premio al mejor largome- traje extranjero, 3.- un premio al mejor director, 4.- un premio al mejor actor de acción, 5.- un premio a la mejor actriz de acción, 6.- un premio al mejor coordinador de acción, 7.- un premio al mejor especialista de cine, 8.- un premio a la me- jor especialista de cine femenina, 9.- un premio al mejor trabajo de equipo, 10.- un premio a los mejores efectos especia- les, 11.- un premio a la mejor banda sonora, 12.- dos premios honoríficos, 13.- premio al mejor cortometraje, 14.- un pre- mio al mejor videoclip musical, 15.- un premio al mejor spot y 16.- un premio del público. El Premio del Público será dis- cernido por los espectadores del Festival.
Si la situación sanitaria provocada por la pandemia del Covid-19 lo permite, los premios se entregarán en la ceremonia de clausura (1 de Julio de 2023), y si no fuera posible dicha celebración, se pospondrá dicha gala hasta una fecha en la que estemos fuera de esta crisis sanitaria internacional, y desde el NIAFFS pedimos la asistencia, al menos de una per- sona en representación de las películas ganadoras en las diferentes categorías. Los premios que no se recojan se envia- rán contrareembolso a sus destinatarios (excepto los premios honoríficos, los cuales los gastos de envío corren por cuenta del NIAFFS). Si el país de destino no tuviera posibilidad de envíos contrareembolso desde España, el destinatario deberá hacerse cargo del pago del envío, y la organización enviará los premios.
Disposiciones Generales: La inscripción o acuerdo de participación de un largometraje implica la aceptación de las condiciones del presente Reglamento. Para los casos no previstos, la decisión corresponderá a la Dirección del Festival.

English Bases. NIAFFS 2023. NOIDENTITY – International Action Film Festival – Spain.
NIAFFS is born with a very american mentality with very specific goals regarding the dissemination of film culture in our country and focused on international action films.
Registrations: Participants must be over 18 years. There is no upper age limit . The inscriptions begin November 1st, 2022 and May 1st, 2023 is the deadline for the reception of the entry forms, together with a digital copy for selection. (entry form available in the web site of NIAFFS).
The films may have been previously submitted projected, hung on the internet or in other samples / festivals. Being an international festival , the productions made outside the Spanish territory .
We accept feature films shot and premiered after the January 1st, 2021.
The theme will be free anyway but is a action film festival. In the credits of all feature films have to appear the stunt
coordinator and some stuntman or stuntwoman.
The length: 60 minutes for feature films and 5 minutes for short films.

If the film is selected to be screened at our festival, is not imperative, but it is desirable that the screening copies are spanish subtitled. Our Festival does accept films dubbed into spanish or with spanish / english subtitles.
If the proposed inclusion in the film NIAFFS is confirmed, you must send a digital file in HD, preferably subtitled in spanish.
Screenings: Notification will be sent to the filmmakers whose work will be exhibited. The screenings of the Festival would take place in (Seville - Spain) from June 25th to July 1st, 2023. The selected feature films and short films will be available on our website during the week of NIAFFS 2023, and we are planning to extend one more week after announcing the winners of the Helios 2023.
Transport of prints: Once a film is accepted for screening in the Festival, the deadline for the reception of screening prints (Pen drive or digital file) is June 10th, 2023.

The entrant must pay the shipping costs of the screening prints to the Festival. Collect shipments will not be accepted. All international entries must be sent to the Festival office with all transportation charges, duties and taxes prepaid by the shipper. It should always indicate that the copy has no commercial value and declare a maximum of 50 Euros / USD for customs purposes.
Information and publicity materials: The Festival needs to receive promotional material on every film selected for screening (press books, film photos, posters, filmmaker’s photos, video-synopsis, trailers). This allows offering the spanish audience and the national and international press accurate information on each film. Such materials must be submitted to the Festival offices before June 10th, 2023.
Awards: The Festival Jury shall award: 1.- award to the best national action film. 2.- award to the best foreign action film, 3.- award to the best director, 4.- award to the best action actor, 5.- award to the best action actress, 6.- award to the best action coordinator, 7.- award to the best stuntman, 8.- award to the best stuntwoman, 9.- award to the best stuntmen team, 10.- special effects award, 11.- OST award, 12.- 2 honorary awards, 13.- award to the best short films 14.- award to the best musical video clip, 15.- award to the best spot and 16.- audience award. The audience award shall be decided by the audiences of all screenings during the whole festival.
If the health situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic allows it, the prizes will be awarded at the closing ceremony (July 1st, 2023), and if such celebration is not possible, said gala will be postponed until a date in which we are out of this international health crisis, and from the NIAFFS we request the assistance of at least one person representing the winning films in the different categories. Prizes not collected will be sent cash on delivery to their recipients (except honorary prizes, for which shipping costs are borne by NIAFFS). If the destination country does not have the possibility of cash on delivery from Spain, the recipient must pay for the shipment, and the organization will send the prizes.
General dispositions. The registration or participation of a film or video implies the full acceptance of these conditions. The Festival Direction shall decide on cases not foreseen under the present regulations.
