As China deepens its national cultural digitalization strategy, Ningbo is actively exploring a new model of "AIGC + cultural tourism" as a driver of new productive forces. The Ningbo Youth AI Film Festival leverages local university resources to promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence into audiovisual creation, aiming to cultivate a new generation of youth-driven AI digital IPs and shape the future of cinematic storytelling.
II. Distinguished Jury Panel
Simon Weaving – Head of the Film and Television Production MA program at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China; director and playwright.
Levi Dean – Co-Director of the Film and Television Production Institute at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China; certified trainer of the RRI camera system; experienced in cinematography, virtual production, and dynamic visual storytelling.
Zhu Feng – Associate Professor at Communication University of China; Deputy Head of the Art Design Department; specializes in AI, XR, and VP technologies in artistic creation; has mentored award-winning AI/XR works honored with over 30 national and international awards; former VFX Supervisor at Singapore's VHQ Group and Executive Producer at China International Television Corporation.
Qiu Sheng – Film director; winner of Best Feature at FIRST Film Festival; Golden Goblet Award winner at the 2025 Shanghai International Film Festival; jury member at the 2026 Shanghai International Film Festival.

Levi Dean：诺丁汉大学影视制作研究所联合主任、RRI摄影系统认证培训师，长期深耕电影摄影、虚拟制作及动态影像叙事。
朱峰：中国传媒大学副教授、美术设计专业副主任，专注AI、XR、VP等前沿技术赋能艺术创作，指导作品获国内外专业奖项30余项，曾任新加坡VHQ集团视效总监及中国国际电视总公司节目制作部执行制片人。
仇晟：导演，FIRST电影节最佳影片得主，2025上海国际电影节金爵奖获奖者，2026上海国际电影节评委。
