Submission rules for films of the International Feature Films Competition 2026
1. Only feature-length fiction films are accepted for participation in the competition.
2. The running time of competing films is 60+ minutes.
3. Submitted films must be completed in 2025 or 2026.
4. English subtitles are mandatory for non-English language films.
5. We strive for a unique viewing experience, so we do not accept films that have been released in Ukraine or are to be released before June 20, 2026.
6. Submission is free till January 15, 2026.
7. Please note that the festival does not pay a screening fee to the participants of the competition.
8. Submission takes place from November 18, 2025 through March 15, 2026. We will notify the decision of the selectors by April 15, 2026.
Submission rules for films of the 2026 National Short Films Competition
1. Short films of any genre (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental) are accepted for consideration in the competition.
2. The film director or producer must be a citizen of Ukraine. Besides, the films created in partnership with Ukrainian production are eligible for submission.
3. The duration of competing films is up to 30 minutes.
4. Submitted films must be completed in 2025 or 2026.
5. Submission is free.
6. Films in foreign languages must be submitted with English or Ukrainian subtitles.
7. Films available in public domain or released before June 20, 2026 are not eligible for submission.
8. Please note that the festival does not pay a screening fee to the participants of the competition.
9. Submission takes place from November 18, 2025 through March 15, 2026. We will notify the decision of the selectors by April 15, 2026.
Awards
The winning films are chosen by the audience, voting for each film participating in the competition after viewing. There are three awards plus partners prizes:
— Best international feature film award;
— Special Mention — Second Place (International Feature Films Competition);
— Best Ukrainian short film award;
— Partners Prizes (National Short Films Competition).
Non-competitive sections
As part of the festival, screenings of the out-of-competition program will also be held, where retrospective films, special events, and Ukrainian premieres will be presented.
Submission rules
Each film submitted to the festival must include in the application:
— Synopsis of the film
— Biography and photo (in polygraphic quality) of the director
— Stills from the film in polygraphic quality
— Technical information about the film
— English subtitles
— Links to the site, social networks, and materials with additional information are welcome
Obligations and rights of the festival
1. We guarantee that the film will be shown publicly only during the dates of the festival.
2. We protect the film from piracy.
3. During the festival, there will be no more than two screenings of the film within the competition.
4. We reserve the right to use the materials of the film (stills, trailer, and, if necessary, excerpts with a total duration of no more than three (3) minutes) for the promotion of the film, in particular within the festival trailer.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will try to solve them individually. We hope for your understanding.

Правила подачі для фільмів міжнародного конкурсу повнометражних фільмів 2026
1. До участі у конкурсі приймаються тільки ігрові повнометражні фільми.
2. Хронометраж фільмів-конкурсантів — 60+ хвилин.
3. Подані стрічки мають бути завершені у 2025 чи 2026 році.
4. Англомовні субтитри — обов’язкова умова подачі для неангломовних фільмів.
5. Ми прагнемо до унікального глядацького досвіду, тому не приймаємо фільми, які були в українському прокаті або мають вийти у прокат до 20 червня 2026 року.
6. Подача стрічок — безкоштовна до 15 січня 2026 року.
7. Зверніть увагу, що фестиваль не платить screening fee учасникам конкурсу.
8. Подача відбувається з 18 листопада 2025 року до 15 березня 2026 року. Ми повідомимо рішення відбірників до 15 квітня 2026 року.
Правила подачі для фільмів національного конкурсу короткого метру 2026
1. До участі у конкурсі приймаються короткометражні фільми будь-якого жанру (ігрові, документальні, анімаційні, експериментальні).
2. Фільм має бути створений українськими режисером/режисеркою чи продюсером/продюсеркою. Також розглядають роботи, до яких долучився український продакшен.
3. Хронометраж фільмів-конкурсантів — до 30 хвилин.
4. Подані стрічки мають бути завершені у 2025 чи 2026 році.
5. Подача стрічок — безкоштовна.
6. Для неукраїномовних стрічок обов'язкові англійські або українські субтитри.
7. Подані фільми не мають бути у відкритому доступі або мати прокат до 20 червня 2026 року.
8. Зверніть увагу, що фестиваль не платить screening fee учасникам конкурсу.
9. Подача відбувається з 18 листопада 2025 року до 15 березня 2026 року. Ми повідомимо рішення відбірників до 15 квітня 2026 року.
Нагороди
Фільми-переможці обирають глядачі, голосуючи за кожен фільм-учасник конкурсу після перегляду. Передбачено три нагороди, а також партнерські призи:
— Приз за найкращий міжнародний повнометражний фільм;
— Спеціальна відзнака — друге місце (міжнародний повнометражний конкурс);
— Приз за найкращий український короткометражний фільм;
— Партнерські призи (національний конкурс).
Позаконкурсні секції
У рамках фестивалю також будуть проведені покази позаконкурсної програми, де будуть представлені ретроспективні фільми, спеціальні події та українські прем’єри.
Правила подачі
Кожен фільм, який подається на фестиваль має містити у заявці:
— Синопсис фільму
— Біографію та фото (у поліграфічній якості) режисера
— Кадри з фільму у поліграфічній якості
— Технічні відомості про фільм
— Англомовні субтитри
— Посилання на сайт, соцмережі та матеріали з додатковою інформацією вітається
Зобов’язання та права фестивалю
1. Ми гарантуємо, що фільм буде показаний публічно лише у дати проведення фестивалю.
2. Ми зобов’язуємося захистити фільм від піратського копіювання.
3. Протягом фестивалю відбудеться не більше двох показів фільму у межах конкурсу..
4. Ми залишаємо за собою право використовувати матеріали фільму (кадр, трейлер та, за необхідності, уривки тривалістю сумарно не більше трьох (3) хвилин) для промоції стрічки зокрема у фестивальному трейлері.
Форс-мажори
У випадку непередбачуваних обставин ми намагатимемося їх вирішити в індивідуальному порядку. Сподіваємося на ваше розуміння.
