- We accept films from any country in the world.
- Any Foreign film that is not in English must have English subtitles;
- We do not require premiere status;
- All films are viewed by “Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF)”;
- Multiple applications from the same sender are accepted. For each registration there is an individual registration fee;
- Films can only be sent through our uploading platforms.
- No postage is accepted;
- Registration fees must be paid through our registration platforms at the time of registration;
- Registration fees are non-refundable;
- If you withdraw your film from the festival, we will not be responsible for refunding any registration fees;
- Films can be resent if they have not been selected in the previous months;
- We do not accept pornography, any non-proper content videos;
- We do not accept extremist or propaganda content from religious or political organizations;
- We do not accept Films involving politics/films that promote political agenda;
- Failure to meet the eligibility requirements will lead to disqualification;
- Disqualification will not entitle the sender to a refund of the registration fee;
- Submitting your movie, you authorize “Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF)” to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, teaser, synopsis and movie stills in our website and / or social media.
- Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF) DOES NOT publish films on its website or on social media.
- The selected films will be promoted in English on our social networks;
- All selected films will receive the Official Selection laurels by email;
- All winning films will receive the winner's laurels for the category and a certificate by email;
- All winners will be announced one day after the event date.
JURY
- The Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF) selection committee and the jury's decision are final;
- Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF) does not provide feedback on the films entered or on the jury's decision.
NOTIFICATION
- The status of submissions will be disclosed through our submitting platforms and it is the submitter’s full responsibility to track the status of their submission;
Disclaimer
- By submitting a film, the participant declares and warrants that he or she has all the rights of use necessary to use the film under this agreement and that when using the film in the context of this agreement, no third party rights, including the persons portrayed in the film, will be violated. You agree to indemnify and hold Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF) liable for and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney fees and court fees) that may be incurred by reason for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening and loss or damage to videos submitted for the festival.
- Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF) is not responsible for any copyright infringement or unauthorized use;
- Movie Town Online Film Festival (MTOFF) reserves the right to make any changes in the festival configuration without prior notice, if necessary.
