Mitee Short Film Festival is an annual short film festival held in Pune, a city in Maharashtra, India organized by young and Enthusiastic film lovers. The festival is dedicated to the young and aspiring filmmakers who are passionate about telling amazing stories. We celebrate the short film in many different categories on screen with a fun award show at the end of the night. Our mission is to discover high quality and ambitious films, to promote filmmakers’ work and to help them realize their dreams. This also gives experimental filmmakers the chance to present their work to a wider audience of both fans of contemporary art and the general public.

Rules & Terms

- Film duration : max 20 minutes
- Short Film must be created after 1st January 2021
- If selected for screening, the short film should be sent online with following technical details -
- Technical Details - FHD Quality (1920 x 1080), ‘.mp4 format’, Must be in PAL (NTSC format will not be accepted)

- Short Film Info:
1) Poster (12*18 size *.jpeg) via email
2) Story Synopsis and Detail Credit List in a pdf file

- If short film is in the language other than Marathi, Sanskrit, Hindi and English subtitles must be given in any of the Marathi, Sanskrit, Hindi, English language

Entry:
- Separate entry for each short film.
- Short film entry will be considered valid after receipt of payment.
- Last date for the submission: 15th November 2023

Other Instructions:
- Sole responsibility in case of any controversy related to any type of copyright infringement will be on producer or relevant authority. Organizers will not be held responsible in any case whatsoever.
- If Quality and Content of the short film is not at par with the standards decided by the organizers, the rights regarding screening of the film are reserved with the organizers and judges.
- Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
- Organizers will not be responsible for the events, Content and characters in the short film.
- All of the above rules and regulations will be binding on the participants.
- Judges decision would be final regarding screening of the film and selection thereof.

Checklist:
- Video file of short film
- Poster (.jpeg), synopsis and credit list in a pdf file via email
- Screenshot of the payment via email (mention the film name along with screen shot)

    My film was selected for the event, but I have not received any response to my email asking to know the status of the selection (whether my film has won any awards or not). There is no information about this on their website either.. Very unprofessional
