Since I was a teenager, I read books, comics, listened to music, watched movies. I didn't know how to express my feelings, my vision of the world, and it was through the stories I scribbled that I felt I could express them. It went from being a hobby to a career when I decided to stop my scientific studies to enroll at the film university. For me it was the most natural medium to express my ideas. I started with short films, then a self-produced feature film: Living In Extasy. It had no success in festivals in France, but had a rather good international career with several selections in the USA and Canada: Toronto, Atlanta, Hawaii and New Jersey. Are my stories more suitable for an American audience? Maybe! I have continued to write personal projects and episodes for television series, three of which were produced and broadcast. I trained with John Truby and Scott Myers and wrote a series project: Classified: The Time Traveler which won an award for pilot funding at the Serie Series Festival of Fontainebleau (France). I shot it this summer and it's currently in post-production. I'm enclosing the script.
Today the desire is always stronger because through my stories, I want to have an impact on the world. While dealing with strong human and social themes (father-son relationships, family, racism,...), I also want to bring a background of personal development, inspiration, because I want my projects like films that have changed my life in the past (Rocky, Once Upon A Time In America, Interstellar, Remenber The Titans and so many more) to change the life, in a positive way, of those who see them.
