By submitting a film to the International Sports Film Festival, you agree to the following rules and conditions:

The festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world, including professionals, amateurs, and students.
All submitted films must be related to sports, including but not limited to documentaries, fiction films, and experimental works.
Films of all lengths are accepted (short, medium, and feature-length).
Films must be submitted in a high-quality digital format.
If the film is not in English, English subtitles are required.
2. Selection & Screening
A professional jury will evaluate all submissions and select the films for the official program.
The festival reserves the right to place films in the most suitable competition category.
Selected films will be screened during the festival.
The festival does not pay screening fees for selected films.
3. Rights & Permissions
By submitting a film, the applicant confirms they hold all necessary rights (including music, images, and archival material) for public screening.
The festival has the right to use stills, trailers, and short excerpts (up to 30 seconds) from selected films for promotional purposes.
4. Fees & Deadlines
Submission deadlines and fees (if applicable) will be listed on the FilmFreeway platform.
Submission fees are non-refundable.
5. Additional Terms
The festival reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and screening format if necessary.
