Madeleine is a huge fan of taking her work seriously, and herself not at all.
After losing a loved one to suicide, she deeply feels the brevity of life and wants to use her work as a way of encouraging life to the full and acknowledging the fact that searing grief and resplendent joy can be (and often are) felt at the exact same time.
Madeleine loves to tell stories that inspire empathy, hope, and silly goosery.
As a filmmaker, Madeleine wrote, directed, produced and starred in the wholesome comedy, Bernice. She produced and starred in Life in Colour, written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Stephanie Troost.
As an actor, Madeleine plays the vibrant Meadow in PM's Daughter Season 2 (ABC/Fremantle). She plays Vikki in Superwog's most recent webseries with millions of views by fans across the globe, and can be seen as the lead in multiple short films including The Detention Diaries, Life in Colour, and Off Kilter. She regularly performs on Sydney's stages as “a standout” (Theatre Thoughts 2022 & 2023) in shows such as Nails Must Be Kept Short, Forgotten, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood.
