Welcome to the Mokkho International Film Festival (MIFF): -
The Mokkho International Film Festival is considered to be the grandest Golden Moksha Award for the achievement of a winner in a film industry. Our mission is to discover high quality and ambitious films, to promote the work of filmmakers and to help make their dreams come true.

Each month, the officially selected winners receive a MIFF laurel and certificate via email. All winners are listed on our MIFF website at filmfreeway and shared on our social media. Monthly winners from April 2025 to March 2026 will be automatically nominated for the prestigious MIFF Golden Moksha Awards. • I am profoundly honored to have Pretty Little Lucy recognized by the MOKKHO International Film Festival—not only with a category win, but with a Special Jury Award. This is one of the most meaningful acknowledgments the project has received, and I am sincerely grateful to the jury and the festival team for seeing the heart, the craft, and the emotional honesty behind this story.
MOKKHO stands out among global festivals for its thoughtful curation, its deep respect for artistic integrity, and its dedication to uplifting fresh, distinctive voices from around the world. Their programming reflects a true commitment to cinema that challenges, provokes, and moves its audience—and to have PLL highlighted within that context is a tremendous honor.
The Special Jury Award, in particular, is an affirmation that the emotional layers, psychological tension, and human vulnerability at the center of Pretty Little Lucy resonated far beyond the page. As a filmmaker and storyteller, I couldn’t ask for anything more meaningful.
Thank you to the festival organizers, programmers, and jury members for championing independent creators and for giving this story a place to be heard. This recognition will stay with me for a very long time.
    With sincere appreciation,
    David B. Williamson
Writer & Creator of Pretty Little Lucy
