My name is Oleksii Kopachynskyi, and I am a Ukrainian filmmaker and visual artist exploring the intersection between classical cinematic language and AI-enhanced visual storytelling. I hold a Master’s degree in Audiovisual Arts, which shaped my understanding of dramaturgy, film structure, composition, and the role of atmosphere in narrative construction.

Before the full-scale war, I worked in the film and media industry as both a director and film editor, creating commercial and cultural video content. I also worked as a TV editor, which gave me strong technical discipline and a precise sense of rhythm, timing, and visual clarity.

After 2022, my professional trajectory shifted. I began working as a private film editor for a well-known public figure, while simultaneously developing my own author-driven projects. During this time, I focused on hybrid creative pipelines that combine classical filmmaking with generative tools. These workflows allow me to achieve high production value without large budgets—opening possibilities for stories that would otherwise remain unrealized.

In addition to my artistic work, I create promotional and commercial content using AI, helping clients produce high-quality visuals efficiently and with minimal resources. I am especially drawn to atmospheric, tactile, emotionally controlled imagery—often blending industrial aesthetics with psychological depth.I am now actively developing my next project, continuing to refine the methodologies of AI-assisted cinema. My goal is to expand the creative tools available to independent filmmakers and to craft atmospheric, material, and immersive narratives that merge visual restraint with emotional intensity.
