I am Luisa Bott, an international filmmaker from Switzerland and a senior pursuing a BFA in Film and Television at Columbia College Chicago. I have experience working across the cinematography department as well as in producing roles, and my work is driven by a strong visual sensibility and a passion for collaborative storytelling.
I have worked as a producer and creative producer on multiple projects, including If I Could Touch the Sun, where I had the honor of collaborating with an exceptional team to bring a meaningful story to life. I value the creative partnership between directors, production designers, and cinematographers, and I believe film is a powerful medium for building immersive worlds through visual composition and intention.
I am a co-founder of the production company BigMonstersStudio, which I am excited to grow alongside my fellow founders, with the goal of developing bold, original, and authentic films for diverse audiences.
