1. All non English language Films should have English Subtitles, otherwise they will be disqualified
2. Entry fees are non-refundable.
3. To be eligible to submit to additional categories you should first submit to the main category.
4. By submitting your film You agree that the festival can use parts of your film (trailer/teaser/film poster/stills) for promotional purposes
5. Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker and each entry may be entered in multiple categories.
6. You must own all the rights to the film.
7. We do not accept films if they were produced more than 10 years ago.
8. We do not accept films that include Extremist or Propaganda content from religious or political organizations.
9. Films that are 30 minutes and above considered feature films
10. Films that are below 30 minutes considered short films
