GENERAL RULES
LA Underground General Rules
-The entry fee is per category.
-Entry fee is non-refundable.
-Works in progress should be clearly marked on the screening copy.
-All genres are accepted.
-Entries must have been produced within the past ten years.
-DVDs MUST BE CLEARLY labeled with FilmFreeway tracking ID, title and contact
info.
-"Best Of" each category will be guaranteed to screen
-Screening schedule will be rounded off with a select number of official
-selections and honorable mention winners.
-Our Festival will consist of Award presentations, red carpet photos,
-screenings and Q&A sessions.
-Please visit our site for info on past selections, past winners and
photos.

-Submissions in languages other than English must be subtitled or
dubbed.
-Please do not send press kits with your screener unless requested.
-DVDs will not be returned.
-Fee waivers are not available.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to the terms outlined in the General Festival Rules for the Los Angeles International Underground Film Festival. The Los Angeles International Underground Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The undersigned shall indemnify and hold harmless Los Angeles International Undergroundl Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
