WELCOME TO LONDON PAFF 2025
London International Pan-African Film Festival (London PAFF) is an annual film event in the city of London that celebrates Pan-African cinema and screens films produced in Africa and its diaspora from all over the world; founded by Ne Kunda Nlaba, Film Producer, Director, Screenwriter, Political Scientist, and Film Professor of Kongo Bizizi Academy, the Pan African Film Institute.
The second edition of the London International Pan African Film Festival (London PAFF 2024) will take place from 3 to 11 October 2025 at West Norwood Picture House in Norwood, London, United Kingdom.
For the London PAFF 2025, our Country Focus will be revealed soon!
What is the London PAFF Country Focus Program?
In line with our aims of promoting African cinemas and making the public discover the cinema of each African country and the Diaspora, the London International Pan African Film Festival (London PAFF) committee devotes for each edition a close-up of a chosen African country or its Diaspora called "London PAFF Country Focus" by programming several films on the country and providing for the largest stand and exhibition space for its Arts and Crafts to allow them to sell and promote the cinema and the culture and arts of their country to the London and British public.
The London PAFF Country Focus Program gives Entry Fee Waiver Codes to the London PAFF Country Focus to help Filmmakers of that country submit their films for free and invite them to London to talk about their cinema.
The London PAFF award night will be the most prestigious gala where the jury will award filmmakers, actors, and films in competition in the festival for each edition.
In addition, the jury will also recognize some filmmakers for their lifetime achievements and career in film.
The jury will give awards to films in the following categories: the best short film, best feature film, best documentary, best drama series, best film director, best cinematography, best actor, best actress, etc.
