London Women's Film Festival - Rules and Terms

Eligibility: The London Women's Film Festival welcomes submissions from filmmakers and writers of all genders. Short films in the form of narrative, documentary, experimental or animated films, music videos, web/TV series/pilots, and short scripts are eligible for submission.

Language Requirement: All films must have English subtitles, unless the spoken language is English. Scripts must be submitted in English.

Promotional Use: By submitting their films, participants agree to allow the London Women's Film Festival to use excerpts of their work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to trailers, social media posts, and festival marketing materials.

Content Guidelines: The London Women's Film Festival does not accept films containing hate speech, extremist or propaganda content. Films with poor production standards, amateur videos, or those lacking subtitles will not be considered for inclusion.

Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received by the specified deadline. Late entries may not be considered for selection.

Originality: Participants must ensure that their submissions are original works and do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.

Selection Process: Films will be selected for inclusion in the festival based on criteria including but not limited to artistic merit, storytelling, technical proficiency, and thematic relevance.

Notification: Participants will be notified of the selection status of their submissions via email by the festival organizers.

Disqualification: The festival reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates the rules and terms outlined herein or fails to meet the festival's standards of quality and content.

Decisions: All decisions made by the festival organizers regarding film selection, awards, and disqualifications are final and binding.
