After three successful years of sold-out screenings, premieres, and dozens of excellent short films, the London International Short Film Festival will return to Kino Bermondsey to once again showcase the very best of short form film in the heart of one of the world's greatest filmmaking cities.

LISFF invites filmmakers and film fans to celebrate the possibilities of short film. Exhibiting filmmakers will be invited to screenings and networking events, and will showcase their talents, share their innovations, and build contacts for future collaborations.

The festival will also include a block of holiday movies celebrating the season, and will be awarding Best Holiday Short.

LISFF looks forward to welcoming new talent and filmmakers of independent spirit utilising low-budget innovation, and the LISFF Awards will celebrate the year's best in their genres. See you in London!

  • I was delighted to have my film selected and screened at the LISFF, Kino Bermondsey. The venue is stylish and intimate and all of us enjoyed our evening there. All communication from the festival was superb. This is a well organised and friendly festival and highly recommended!

I had the privilege of our film, 'Seared' being selected for this year's festival. Although I was unable to attend, the staff I spoke with were all lovely. They allowed me to Dropbox my film for easy delivery. I truly hope I can attend next time!

Really enjoyable festival at a great London venue with a nice bar for those after screening drinks and networking. There was a slight projection issue on the opening night (films projected at incorrect aspect ratio) but the audience didn't seem to notice. With friendly organizers, and a warm, unpretentious atmosphere - this first year festival has a promising future ahead.
