Awards & Prizes

All selected films will be screened online across Halloween weekend.

There'll be a jury vote for the best film of the night as well as an audience vote. Both prizes come with a cash prize. As this is our first year, the prize will depend on the number of entries we receive. We will update the prize over the course of the next few months.

Rules & Terms

We don't require premiere status and your film can have been completed at any time.

You can no longer withdraw your film after selection.

All films submitted must be in the horror genre and have a maximum length of 15 minutes.

All judging decisions made are final and the jury will not go into a discussion about this.

All fees paid are non-refundable.

The London Halloween Evening of Shorts reserves the right to change awards and prizes.

If you submit to us, you agree that all copyright issues with the short fall on you, and we take no responsibility for copyright claims. You should own all the rights to your film.

We don't pay the filmmaker to screen their film.
