Awards & Prizes

🏆 Winning Films Take the Spotlight!
All winning films will be proudly screened at the festival, with each filmmaker receiving a complimentary ticket to attend. Want to bring your crew or friends? They’ll enjoy 50% off additional tickets - because celebrations are better shared.

🎖️ During the event, winners will be presented with an official festival certificate and trophy on stage. Plus, all winning films are automatically in the running for our ⭐ Audience Choice Award - voted for by the most important critics of all: you, the audience.

Rules & Terms

Submission Guidelines:
Films in languages other than English must include English subtitles.
Works-in-progress and rough cuts are accepted if submitted by the deadline.
If selected for an in-person screening, filmmakers must provide a high-quality digital still promptly.

Fee Waivers:
While we understand that submission fees can be a barrier, we are a small, volunteer-run organisation that relies on these fees to operate.
Waivers or discounts may be requested under special circumstances, but approval is not guaranteed.

Terms & Conditions:
By submitting, filmmakers confirm they have the consent of the listed producers.
Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their submission details.
Personal information collected is solely for festival management and administration.
Unless specified otherwise, the festival may use up to three minutes of film clips for promotional purposes.

Submission grants the festival the right to screen the film without a screening fee.
Filmmakers/producers/agents are responsible for all shipping costs related to submissions.

Entry Tickets: One free entry ticket will be made available for each project confirmed to screen at the festival, with a 50% discount applied to ticket purchases by additional crew and cast members. All winners will receive a digital certificate, with physical certificates only handed out to winners who attend the screening event.

By completing the entry form, submitters acknowledge agreement to all terms and rules outlined above.
