1. ORGANIZATION
Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco, association for the promotion of film culture, is organizing the nineteenth edition of "Lecce Film Fest - Festival del Cinema Invisibile", competition to be held in Lecce (Italy) in 2025. Days and locations will be specified on the website www.leccefilmfest.it.
2. REQUIREMENTS - SUBTITLES
Competition is open to international films without limits of genre, theme and lenght, made from 2023 to 2025, not selected in previous editions. Subtitles in Italian are mandatory for films in a language other than Italian.
3. DEADLINE - HOW TO REGISTER
The film must be registered no later than October 11, 2025 by online platforms indicated on the site.
4. REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for each film is € 10.00 to be paid through the online platform used for the registration.
5. SELECTION - SECTIONS
A commission will select films that will participate in the final phase of the competition. The finalist films may be grouped into distinct sections based on duration (short films, feature films), genre (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental) and origin.
6. AUTHORIZATIONS
By registering, you grant to Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco:
- free and unlimited authorization for public screenings of the film, even for a fee;
- free authorization to send the film to other operators in the cinema sector for public screenings and to publish it on the web, unless expressly limitation to be communicated in the registration form or, even later, by email.
7. HOSPITALITY
The cast may be hosted in Lecce by agreement with the organization and within the limits of the available budget.
8. JURY - AWARDS
A jury will identify the winning film of the competition which will be awarded a prize. All information relating to the prizes will be communicated on the website www.leccefilmfest.it.
9. LIABILITY
The Organization is not liable for theft, loss or damage of the material sent.
Whoever registers the film declares to be the owner of the rights of use and remains responsible for the content of the film, exempting the organization from any civil or criminal liability and from any claims, requests for compensation and demand from third parties on the contents and rights to use film, images and music it contains.
10. CANCELLATION - POSTPONEMENT
The organization can cancel or postpone the competition in case of organizational difficulties of any kind.
11. ACCEPTANCE - CONTROVERSIAL CASES - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - LANGUAGE
The registration to the film implies the unconditional acceptance of these regulations. The organization will resolve controversial and unexpected cases and will make exceptions to the rules in justified cases.
By accepting you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes exclusively related to the competition.
The Regulations are drawn up in Italian and English; in case of discrepancy the Italian text prevails.

Il Circolo del Cinema "Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco", associazione di promozione della cultura cinematografica, organizza la diciannovesima edizione del "Lecce Film Fest - Festival del Cinema Invisibile", concorso che si terrà a Lecce (Italia) nel 2025. Le giornate e le location saranno specificate sul sito www.leccefilmfest.it.
2. REQUISITI – SOTTOTITOLI
Il concorso è aperto a film internazionali senza limiti di genere, tema e durata, realizzati dal 2023 al 2025, non selezionati nelle precedenti edizioni. I sottotitoli in italiano sono obbligatori per i film in lingua diversa dall'italiano.
3. SCADENZA - COME ISCRIVERSI
Il film dovrà pervenire entro l'11 ottobre 2025 attraverso le piattaforme online indicate sul sito.
4. QUOTA DI ISCRIZIONE
La quota di iscrizione per ogni film è di € 10,00 da versare tramite la piattaforma online utilizzata per la registrazione.
5. SELEZIONE – SEZIONI
Una commissione di esperti selezionerà i film che parteciperanno alla fase finale del concorso.
I film finalisti potranno essere raggruppati in sezioni distinte in base alla durata (cortometraggi, lungometraggi), al genere (fiction, documentario, animazione, sperimentale) o alla provenienza.
6. AUTORIZZAZIONI
Con l'iscrizione si concede all'associazione Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco:
- l'autorizzazione gratuita e illimitata alle proiezioni pubbliche del film, anche a pagamento;
- l'autorizzazione gratuita ad inviare il film ad altri operatori del settore cinematografico per proiezioni pubbliche e alla pubblicazione sul web, salvo espressa limitazione da comunicarsi nel modulo di iscrizione o, anche successivamente, via email.
7. OSPITALITÀ
Il cast potrà essere ospitato a Lecce previo accordo con l'organizzazione e nei limiti del budget disponibile.
8. GIURIA – PREMI
Una giuria individuerà il film vincitore del concorso al quale sarà assegnato un premio.
Tutte le informazioni relative ai premi saranno comunicate sul sito www.leccefilmfest.it.
9. RESPONSABILITÀ
L'organizzazione non risponde per furto, smarrimento o danneggiamento del materiale inviato.
Chi registra il film dichiara di essere titolare dei diritti d'uso e resta responsabile del contenuto del film, esonerando l'organizzazione da ogni responsabilità civile o penale e da ogni pretesa, richieste di risarcimento e azioni risarcitorie di terzi sui contenuti e sui diritti di utilizzazione del film e delle immagini e musiche in esso contenute.
10. ANNULLAMENTO – RINVIO
L'organizzazione può annullare o posticipare il concorso in caso di difficoltà organizzative di qualsiasi tipo.
11. ACCETTAZIONE - CASI CONTROVERSI - TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI - LINGUA
L'iscrizione al film implica l'accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento.
L'organizzazione risolverà casi controversi e imprevisti e farà eccezioni alle regole in casi motivati.
Accettando acconsenti al trattamento dei tuoi dati personali per finalità legate esclusivamente al concorso.
Il Regolamento è redatto in lingua italiana e inglese; in caso di discrepanza prevale il testo in italiano.
