CONDIZIONI PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE

1) Ogni autore potrà concorrere con un massimo di due opere.

2) Sono ammesse al concorso opere in qualsiasi lingua. Per le opere in lingua diversa dall’italiano, sarà necessario fornire i relativi sottotitoli italiani e/o inglesi, tramite file .srt /.rtf /.txt /.sub oppure sovraimpressi sul video dell’opera.

3) Le opere ammesse al concorso dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti per non risultare escluse:
a) avere durata non superiore a 20' compresi i titoli;
b) essere state completate dopo il 1° gennaio 2022;
c) non essere state selezionate come finaliste in edizioni precedenti del concorso;
d) non costituire filmati pubblicitari o industriali.

In caso di esclusione dal concorso per il mancato rispetto dei requisiti a), b), e c) la quota di iscrizione di cui al successivo art. 4 non verrà rimborsata.

La partecipazione al concorso richiede una quota di iscrizione di € 10 (dieci Euro/00). La quota permette l’invio fino a 2 (due) videopoesie e non varia qualora si decida di inviare un solo lavoro. Qualora ad inviare la/le videopoesie sia un produttore e/o distributore, questi sarà tenuto a versare tante quote quante sono le opere iscritte, qualora siano ciascuna di autori differenti. Nel caso il produttore e/o distributore iscrivesse più lavori dello stesso autore (rispettando il limite massimo di due opere per ogni singolo autore) potrà avvalersi del versamento di una sola quota per coppia di film.

Per iscrivere gratuitamente la seconda opera del medesimo regista, sarà necessario iscrivere la prima opera tramite la piattaforma FilmFreeway e poi contattare l’indirizzo lapoesiachesivede@lapuntadellalingua.it per richiedere una fee waiver per la seconda opera. In nessun caso tale procedimento potrà essere svolto in automatico dalla piattaforma FilmFreeway. Le quote per cui non saranno stati richiesti codici fee waiver via mail, nelle modalità specificate nel presente regolamento, non verranno rimborsate.

Le iscrizioni devono essere ultimate entro e non oltre le ore 24.00 dell'8 maggio 2026.
All’atto dell’iscrizione si raccomanda la compilazione di tutti i campi previsti nella scheda (dati anagrafici, contatti, bio, sinossi, foto film, foto sia del poeta sia del regista).

NORME GENERALI

a. Non saranno prese in considerazione opere pervenute incomplete o illeggibili.
b. Il firmatario dell’iscrizione dichiara di essere titolare di tutti i diritti di utilizzazione dell’opera e di ogni suo componente; assicura che i contenuti della stessa sono nella sua disponibilità e non violano le leggi o i regolamenti vigenti o i diritti dei terzi e in particolare il diritto d’autore, il diritto all’immagine, i segni distintivi e i brevetti per invenzioni industriali; assicura e dichiara, inoltre, che l’opera non presenta contenuti a carattere diffamatorio. In ogni caso il partecipante manleva l’organizzazione da tutte le perdite, danni, responsabilità, costi, oneri e spese di qualsivoglia natura che dovessero essere sostenute a causa del contenuto dell’opera e della sua proiezione in pubblico.
c. Le opere iscritte non verranno restituite e costituiranno parte del patrimonio dell’archivio dell’Organizzazione del Festival. Esse potranno essere mostrate per scopi culturali e didattici senza fini di lucro. L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di utilizzare il materiale pervenuto per eventuali successive manifestazioni con l’obbligo di citare la fonte ed informarne preventivamente gli autori o i detentori dei diritti. Brevi estratti delle opere selezionate potranno essere utilizzati dall’Organizzazione per la realizzione di teaser trailer / sigle della corrente edizione del Festival e/o di suoi edizioni future.
d. Il pagamento dei premi avverrà entro 120 giorni dalla conclusione della manifestazione.

FILM REGISTRATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

1) Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 2 (two) works.

2) The competition will accept works by authors of any nationality and language. For works in languages other than Italian, the participant will also have to provide subtitles either in Italian or in English. The subtitles must be in .srt /.rtf /.txt /.sub formats or hardcoded on the film’s video file.

3) To be considered for selection the submitted works must meet the following requirements:
a) be no longer than 20 minutes (including titles);
b) be completed after January 1st, 2022;
c) they must not have been selected as finalists in previous editions of La Poesia che si vede;
d) industrial or commercial films are not accepted.

Failure to comply with the requirements of the aforementioned a), b), c), and d) points will result in the exclusion from the competition and the non-reimbursement of the registration fee.

The payment of a 10€ (ten Euros/00) entry fee is required to be allowed to participate. The payment of the fee entitles directors to submit up to 2 (two) short films and does not change if only one film is submitted.
If the submitter is a film producer and/or a distributor, he/she will be required to pay as many fees as the submitted works, if they are each by different directors. If the producer and/or distributor submits more works done by the same director (respecting the maximum limit of two works per author) he will be entitled to the payment of only one fee per pair of films.

In order to submit the second short film by the same director free of charge, it will be necessary to submit the first short film through the FilmFreeway platform and then contact lapoesiachesivede@lapuntadellalingua.it to request a fee waiver for the second short film. Under no circumstances can this process be done automatically by the FilmFreeway platform. Fees for which fee waiver codes have not been requested via email in the manner specified in these regulations will not be refunded.

Submission must be sent by and no later than midnight, 8th of May 2026.

Upon registration, all of the form fields must be filled in, including: personal info, contacts, bio and portrait of both the director and the poet; synopsis and still shots of the film.

GENERAL RULES
a. Incomplete or illegible submitted copies will not be considered for selection.
b. Filmmakers and/or producers and/or distributors are responsible for the content of their works. By entering the competition they automatically acknowledge that they have fulfilled any obligations towards third parties, including royalties, copyright image rights, brands and patents for industrial inventions; they must ensure and declare that the work does not contain defamatory content. In any case the participant releases the organization from all liability, from any and all losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever that may be incurred due to the content of the work and of its public screening.
c. These regulations have been formulated in Italian and English. In case of dispute, the Italian language version will be final.
d. The submitted works will not be returned and will become part of the archives of Nie Wiem. They will eventually be shown for non-profit cultural and educational purposes. The Organization reserves the right to show the short films received for future events with the obligation to cite the source and inform the authors or rights holders. Short extracts of the selected films may be used by the Organisation for the creation of teaser trailers for the current and/or future editions of the Festival.
e. The payment of the awards’ prize money will be within 120 days after the end of the event.
