An intensive film residency held in the village of Roganë, Kamenica, Kosovo, offering mentorship from idea development to screenplay writing, while providing networking opportunities, open-air film screenings, and project pitching sessions for emerging filmmakers.

-Best Pitch – Awarded to the participant who delivers the most compelling and engaging presentation of their project, showing clarity, confidence, and originality.
- Best Script (Development Stage) – Awarded to the project with the most promising script in development, highlighting narrative strength, character depth, and creative potential.
- Co-Production Award – Awarded to a project with strong potential for international collaboration, offering opportunities for further development, partnerships, or future production support.

1. Eligibility
The residency is open to emerging filmmakers (directors, screenwriters, or writer-directors).
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Applicants are not required to have a completed screenplay. At the time of application, they only need to submit an original short film idea presented in the form of a synopsis.
During the residency, selected participants will develop their ideas into a short film screenplay through mentorship sessions, workshops, and collaborative feedback.
Applicants must demonstrate a strong motivation and commitment to developing their project throughout the residency program.

2. Application Requirements
Completed application form.
Synopsis (max. 1 page).
Director’s statement / motivation letter.
CV or portfolio (previous work, if available).
Optional: visual materials (moodboard, teaser, references).

3. Selection Process
Participants are selected based on:
Originality and artistic vision of the project
Feasibility and development potential
Applicant’s motivation and commitment
A selection committee will review all applications.
Only selected participants will be notified by email.

4. Participation Conditions
Selected participants must attend the full duration of the residency.
Active participation in workshops, mentoring sessions, screenings, and pitching events is required.
Participants are expected to collaborate, exchange ideas, and respect group dynamics.

6. Fees & Coverage
There is no participation fee for selected participants.
The residency covers accommodation, meals, and local transportation throughout the duration of the program.
Participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from the residency location unless otherwise specified by the organizers.

7. Rights & Responsibilities
Participants retain full rights to their projects.
By participating, they agree to:
Allow the residency to use project materials for promotional purposes
Credit the residency in future project development or production.

8. Code of Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is required at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Organizers reserve the right to remove participants who violate these rules.

9. Cancellation Policy
Participants must inform organizers in case of cancellation as early as possible.
The residency reserves the right to replace participants in case of withdrawal.

10. Liability
Organizers are not responsible for personal loss, damage, or injury during the residency.
Participants are encouraged to have personal insurance.
