1._ ADVERTENCIA, los participantes internacionales podrán acceder a la selección oficial, pero no a la competencia.
2._Sólo podrán participar en la competencia oficial films ecuatorianos o cooproducciones con Ecuador. Los participantes internacionales sólo podrán enviar cortometrajes (ficción, documental, universitario).
3._ La temática de los trabajos participantes es libre.
4._ Todas las obras de habla no hispana, deberán llevar subtítulos en español.
5._ El participante deberá inscribirse vía FilmFreeway.
6._ Se considerarán cortometrajes, a los films con una duración menor a 25min y largometrajes mayores a 60min.
8._Deberán inscribirse todas las obras ecuatorianas realizadas desde el año 2020 hasta Junio del 2023.
9._ Sólo podrán inscribirse cortometrajes internacionales realizados desde 2020 hasta Febrero del 2023.
11._ Los participantes recibirán menciones y los ganadores la estatuilla kunturñawi.
12._ En la categoría universitario se considera todas las obras que hayan sido parte de la formación académica y de grado de los estudiantes.
13.- El festival ser reserva los derechos de admición sin veres obligado a brindar algún feedback o rembolso.
15.-Los seleccionados le ceden al festivan pequeños fragmentos de sus obras con propositos netamente promocionales de edición viente del festival.
16.- Los archivos de video no pueden pesar más de 5gbs
17.- Solo se aceptarán condecs mp4 o H264 con resoluciones máximas de 2k
18.-Solo se aceptarán trabajos con sonido stereo.
19.-Los ganadores internacionales recibirán su mención en formato virtual.
ENGLISH
1.-WARNING: International participants will have access to the official selection, but not to the competition.
2.-Only Ecuadorian films or co-productions with Ecuador are eligible for the official competition. International participants can only submit short films (fiction, documentary, university).
3-.-The theme of the participating works is open.
4.- All non-Spanish-speaking works must have Spanish subtitles.
5.- Participants must register via FilmFreeway.
6.- Short films are considered to have a duration of less than 25 minutes, while feature films have a duration of over 60 minutes.
7.-All Ecuadorian works made from 2019 to June 2023 must be registered.
8.-Only international short films made from 2020 to February 2023 can be registered.
9.- Participants will receive mentions, and winners will receive the kunturñawi statuette.
10.- In the universitary category, all works that have been part of the students' academic degree training will be considered.
11.-The festival reserves the right to admission without being obliged to provide any feedback or refund.
12.-The selected participants grant the festival small fragments of their works solely for promotional purposes related to the festival's editing.
13.-Video files cannot exceed 5GB in size.
14.-Only MP4 or H264 codecs with a maximum resolution of 2k will be accepted.
15.- Only works with stereo sound will be accepted.
16.- International winners will receive their mention in a virtual format.
