I am Lee Donghyun, Executive Director of the KAICON (Kaicon) AI Film Festival.
Artificial intelligence has now gone beyond our daily lives and industries, deeply entering the realms of art and creativity.
In particular, in film and content production, AI is no longer just a tool, but has become a new partner in the creative process.
KAICON is a film festival conceived to showcase new cinematic languages and creative possibilities emerging from collaboration between AI and humans in this era of change.
At the intersection of technology and art, we pursue free creation and experimentation that transcend existing boundaries.
Through this, we aim to grow into a global content platform that connects creators from around the world.

👥 Eligibility:
⭐The festival is open to creators worldwide.

▸(General Category) Creators aged 20 or older (individuals or teams)
▸(Youth Category) Creators aged 11~19 students (individuals or teams)
👉 Applicants eligible for the Youth Category must submit their work under the **Youth Category.
👉 Applicants in the Youth Category (middle & high school students) may be required to submit proof of eligibility, including age verification documents. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in disqualification.
▸All applicants must hold all legal rights to the submitted work
▸All entries must must utilize generative AI in a meaningful and creative manner

⭐ 전 세계 창작자 누구나 참여할 수 있습니다.

▸(일반 부문) 20세 이상 개인 또는 팀 참여 가능
▸(청소년 부문) 11세 ~ 19세 (초등4학년부터 중고등학생) 개인 또는 팀 참여 가능
👉 청소년 부문 지원 대상자는 반드시 **청소년 부문으로 출품해야 함.
👉청소년 부문 지원자는 연령 확인을 포함한 참가 자격 증빙 서류 제출을 요구받을 수 있으며, 요청 시 이를 제출하지 않을 경우 실격 처리될 수 있음.
▸제출 작품에 대한 모든 법적 권리를 보유해야 함.
▸모든 출품작은 생성형 AI를 창의적이고 의미 있게 활용해야 함.
