THE WAIF (2027) by Adam Hampton (24' Winner) is in pre-production with BAFTA-nominated director Stephen Fingleton (The Survivalist, Nightride) attached to direct.
MOB MENTALITY by Eric Landau (25' Winner) is currently in development and projected to go into production later this year.

HOW IT WORKS: FROM SCRIPT TO SCREEN
1. SUBMIT FOR FREE: Submit your feature screenplay and a 5-10 page treatment directly on our competition page. https://www.kinolime.com/competition
2. KINOLIME SELECTS THE TOP 26 SCRIPTS: Our development team reads every single submission to select the Top 26 projects that will advance to the audience voting round.
3. AUDIENCE VOTING: You, the audience, read the scripts and treatments of the Top 26 and vote on your favorites to advance to the TOP 10.
4. JUDGE'S ROUND: Kinolime's development team reviews the TOP 10 scripts and select 3 finalists.
5. THE AUDIENCE VOTES FOR THE WINNING SCRIPT: From the final 3 scripts, YOU, the audience, read and vote on which screenplay Kinolime will option and produce into a film.
6. GREENLIGHT: The winning screenplay is officially optioned and begins its journey from script to screen.
- THE GRAND PRIZE - A GREEN-LIT FEATURE FILM: This is the biggest prize in screenplay competition history. Kinolime commits to fully financing and producing the winning screenplay into a feature film with a budget up to $15 million dollars.
- GUARANTEED OPTION AGREEMENT: The winner of the 3rd Annual Kinolime Screenplay Competition receives a cash prize via a formal option agreement to acquire the screenplay.
- GUARANTEED INDUSTRY EYES: Our development team reads every single submission. Even if you don’t win the competition, we operate like a traditional production company and have negotiated options for scripts we loved that didn't take the top prize.
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD: After both of our competitions, we optioned the winning screenplays as well as standout stories through the submission process and immediately moved the projects into our development pipeline.
