AUDIENCE AWARD

Entries for the KINOART Film Festival are open to everyone, welcoming filmmakers from all backgrounds to showcase their creative works.

Short Film Eligibility:
The Short Film category includes Fiction, Animated, and Documentary films, which can be based on any subject or concept.
Only short films produced after January 1, 2020, are eligible for the festival.
All films must have a maximum runtime of 30 minutes.
Submissions in languages other than English must be subtitled in English.
Feature Film Eligibility:
The Feature Film category includes Fiction, Animated, and Documentary films, which can be based on any subject or concept.
Only short films produced after January 1, 2020, are eligible for the festival.
All films must have a manimum runtime of 60 minutes.
Submissions in languages other than English must be subtitled in English.

Submission Process:
Multiple entries from the same participant are accepted.
All submissions should be made via the FilmFreeway platform.
After a film has been selected and the filmmaker is notified, it will be listed on the festival website under official selections.
Selection and Withdrawal:
KINOART Film Festival reserves the right to make changes to the submission guidelines at any time for any reason.
Selected films cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances until the festival is over.
Each participant is responsible for the content of their work and any possible copyright issues. The participant must own all rights concerning the usage of their work according to the regulations.
General Policies:
The festival reserves the right to cancel the event at any time without prior notification.
The decisions of the selection panel regarding film acceptance will be final and accepted by all participants.
The decisions made by the jury members will also be final and accepted by all participants.
The festival does not pay screening fees for films selected for any of the festival competitions.
The sender of the submitted film is responsible for all copyrights and legally authorized to enter their film in the festival. If selected, the sender grants permission for the film to be screened.

By submitting to the KINOART Film Festival, filmmakers agree that their film may be selected for screening and that fragments of the film might be presented through various media as part of the festival's promotional campaigns.

All applicants must read and accept the regulations and guidelines for participation.
