From a young age, Karina Sorelli, who is a French-Algerian Muslim filmmaker, has always been fascinated by how Films and TV shows are made.
Starting out as an actor, then stunt performer, she quickly found herself drawn to the behind-the-scenes action, moving from roles like runner and location scout, to script supervisor and assistant producer.
Eventually, she became an Assistant Director, where she has thrived in this role, keeping productions running smoothly and getting called back on the next projects. That includes short films, web series and feature films.

Apart from her professionalism, Karina Sorelli is known for the amazing positive contagious energy that she brings with her everywhere she goes, especially on sets, even when working under pressure. Her mindset is to always ensure everyone leaves the set with a smile.

Karina Sorelli is a passionate storyteller with a keen eye for both behind-the-scenes work and creative direction. Always driven by the desire to bring her own visions to life, Karina has written and nurtured multiple projects with the dream of directing her own films.

Her debut short film, "#FOLLOWME", a drama exploring the impact of social media on today's youth, has garnered attention at film festivals, winning several awards in the "unproduced script" category. She has since directed and produced this short, which is now making its way through the 2025 film festival circuits.

In addition to her short film work, Karina has just completed an action-packed Sci-Fi mini-series consisting of six episodes (2 minutes 20 seconds each) designed specifically for online platforms like YouTube. As writer, director, and producer of this series, Karina is currently in post-production, continuing to expand her creative portfolio in the filmmaking world.
