I started making films at the age of 5 when my dad let me borrow his 8mm handy camera during Christmas. I had no idea what I was doing (still don't to be honest), but I enjoyed capturing people in my family on camera. Little did I know this would lead to an obsession of mine as the years progressed. In high school, I would make films almost every weekend with my friends including some films which had ensemble casts. My ideas would become more ambitious and creative as I started learning from the cinematic greats like Kubrick, Lynch, Tarkovsky, Bergman, etc. I never went to film school, but gained experience by watching and creating works of my own. This eventually culminated into my first feature film titled 'The Man from Ruin,' which follows a man attempting to survive during an impending apocalyptic winter. My second feature film titled, 'The Contact Enigma’ was nominated for Best Feature at the Do It For Zero Film Fest. I would best describe this film as an experimental science fiction documentary if that makes any sense. I also directed an award-winning short titled, ‘The Process,’ which is a work of meta-docufiction. I’m currently in production for a film titled ‘Trinion,’ which will be released in 2024.
