  • Sadly, we were unable to attend, but was extremely thankful that our film was selected. This festival is run by a passionate group that genuinely cares about films and the filmmakers.

    Thank you so much Jesup!

This was a great experience. I wish I could have attended because it looked like lots of fun. The contest was great and I recommend highly. Good luck on the future years. I know your festival will be around a long time. Thanks for selecting WordLotto for Comedy film.

I’m so bummed I wasn’t able to attend this and even more so that the person who was going to represent us had to back out! This absolutely sounds like it was an EVENT! And the photos I’ve seen on line home up. Not just a film festival but a carnival, haunted trail, etc. I’m so grateful to have been included in the lineup. What a treat to have my film play at a drive-in!! We were informed we won an award and anxiously look forward to finding out what! But overall the communication was great from the festival and I will absolutely submit future films to them (and do everything I can to attend as it sounds like such a fun time)

We weren't able to make it to Jesup ourselves, but our leading man Rick Edwards was able to attend. By all accounts, it was a rousing inaugural success. From the photos we've seen, there were some great peripheral activities and events and there was lots of attention to detail in creating a special time for all. Communication was excellent. Our film THE FOUNDER EFFECT took home several awards, including Best Film. An honour to represent the first year of JFF! Wishing the entire team success for next year's festivities, and hopefully we can make in person ourselves sometime with another project down the line. All the best from Canada!
