Lights, camera, and plenty of action down at the Jersey Shore!

The Jersey Shore Film Festival (JSFF) is returning to Asbury Park, Deal Park, and Red Bank in New Jersey, along the Jersey Shore, during the Summer of 2026.

JSFF has grown to become one of the marquee film festivals in New Jersey. It is a golden opportunity for filmmakers, directors, actors, and production crew; who are showcasing their work, and networking with leading industry individuals, as well as company mainstays, to make significant industry contacts as well as achieve recognition for the work accomplished. JSFF will attract audience members, filmmakers, and industry leaders within direct reach of New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Connecticut, as well as across the country, and around the world.
JSFF is proud to feature cutting-edge work from the rising stars of today's up-and-coming as well as established filmmakers via live screening, and streaming online.

Festival attendees, enjoy everything the Jersey Shore has to offer, from the beaches to the boardwalks, the restaurants, the shopping, and so much more! We welcome Summer with a fun-filled festival. Screening cutting-edge films, mingling with filmmakers, and industry leaders at various partying events, workshops, and networking gatherings. Selected filmmakers will be called on to address their fellow filmmakers, as well as the general public, as they share their experiences and journeys, as they tell over their experience in making their films.

For the filmmakers: there will be a possible streaming, and or possible live screening of their work. Filmmakers will also have the opportunity to gather together with industry leaders and fellow filmmakers during the networking breakfast, and afternoon gatherings, along with nightly conferences. There will be Q&A sessions following the screenings, along with a meet-and-greet gathering at various Jersey Shore events. There will also be a private gathering, 'Gala Opening Night' for the award-nominated filmmakers, as well as producers, investors, and the press.

Finally: the filmmakers nominated for an award will have the opportunity to attend the prestigious 'Awards Ceremony Dinner'. This highly anticipated event will punctuate a most prestigious festival experience. All in all, a great opportunity for filmmakers to stay in contact with other filmmakers, industry movers and shakers, and the rest of the universe.

Established in 2006 by Stevie, the Jersey Shore Film Festival (JSFF) has grown from a sheer concept into a truly promising event, and ultimately a lucrative opportunity for interaction by filmmakers and those attached to the film industry. Already, the festival has delivered on its potential ability to attract thousands of audience members within direct reach of Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Belmar, Long Branch, Elberon, Deal, Deal Park, Allenhurst, Loch Arbor, Ocean Grove, Spring Lake, Manasqaun, Point Pleasant, Middletown, Little Silver, Red Bank, The Atlantic Highlands and the extended Jersey Shore communities, as well as the Greater Tri-State area. The festival caters to filmmakers and visiting artists from around the world. They introduce their films, answer audience questions, and participate in panel discussions. Just a small sample of previous JSFF guests included: Marc Lawrence, Steve Guttenberg, Dan Hedaya, John Budion, Tim Busfield, Lillian Glass, Morris S. Levy, Linda Yellen, among a host of others.

The Jersey Shore Film Festival Screening Committee will choose a wide spectrum of films, all intended to accomplish the festival’s mission - to screen thought-provoking films, designed to attract and entertain the greatest mass of audiences throughout the Jersey Shore. The JSFF showcases contemporary films from around the world, including Asia, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, as well as the United States. Ultimately, networking with local New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut filmmakers.

  • The Jersey Shore Film Festival was such a fun event to attend this summer! The venues were all amazing and getting to see my short films be played right at the Jersey Shore was such a special experience. The festival ran everything smoothly and communicated well. There was a very good sized audience attendance for the film blocks and I got to meet some truly amazing filmmakers there. It's a great festival and I highly recommend you attend!

  • The Jersey Shore Film Festival was my first ever festival and I had a wonderful experience! Stevie reached out personally and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. He made me feel at ease as a new filmmaker and calmed me down when I let him know how nervous I was to go to my film's premiere. I am so happy that this was my first festival. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for screening my short film, MULLET. I hope to return in the future!

Although the large distances between countries prevented me from participating in the Jersey Shore Film Festival, this experience has been incredibly enriching and motivating for both me and my project, "In Half." It’s undeniable that the festival has established itself as a key player in the film circuit, serving as an essential platform for any director seeking international recognition and exposure. In this regard, the Jersey Shore Film Festival stands out for its meticulous organization and high-quality selections, reflecting a genuine commitment to cinematic art and a focus on promoting new voices. Communication with the organizers has always been clear, approachable, and timely, which adds additional value and positivity to the overall experience.

While future editions could further enhance their dynamism and social media presence, I see these as minor aspects for improvement within a framework of excellence. The Jersey Shore Film Festival has enormous potential to establish itself as a top-tier international cinematic event. With a small strategic push on social media, it could expand its reach and international profile even more.

It’s a highly recommended event, and I would love the opportunity to participate in and visit future editions.
