Jay's script, "Borrowing Hope," is the true story of survival and hope of Rick Dyer, a drug addict turned successful lawyer who helps addicts like himself get their lives back on track.

His first screenplay, "The Rich & Powerless," based on his career as a Sober Companion, advanced in several competitions in 2021.
