Join us for our first Muslim film festival as we celebrate the cinematic voices of Muslims in film. This two-day festival will be specially curated to include a diverse lineup of filmmakers and actors in film shorts and a feature film dedicated to amplifying the narratives of Muslim lives and stories across America. Select films will include an exclusive QA with the film directors, actors and artists.

More about the festival: This year, the 11th anniversary of the Islamic Arts Festival is set to be a unique celebration. To complement our existing two-day display of visual art, a film festival, comedy show, and Sufi music entertainment program will be introduced. This is a significant milestone for our society as we transition from our suburban location to the heart of the city at the University of Houston, a move that will amplify our reach and enable us to introduce Islamic art to a wider American audience.
