11th International Film Festival "Cinema and You"
The festival has been rescheduled for February 23 - 25, 2023 in the city of Padua (Italy).

All events of the "XI International Film Festival" Cinema and YOU "were implemented by the NGO" AIDAMY "

This is a bright event for professionals and amators in the field of cinema and television. The festival takes place in a picturesque place on the shore of the Azov Sea.

The objectives of the festival are:
• holding a competition for the best film, TV program;
• Encouragement of creative workers, in particular, young creators, leading and executors of films, TV programs;
• distribution of competitive works and their exchange among the producers of the participating countries;
• holding creative meetings of the organizers and jury members with the festival participants, acquaintance of the audience with the works presented at the Festival;
• Promoting the implementation of new ideas, the development of new trends and genres of film and television art.
• creation and updating of the video archive, library and information bank of the Festival.
Working language of the festival:
Ukrainian, English, another foreign language (for films of foreign production, subtitles in Ukrainian are required)..
To participate are accepted:
- professional and amateur authors;
- TV companies, television associations;
- students of specialized universities

The program of the festival:
The official program of the festival consists of preliminary and festival stages.

During the preliminary stage:
-providing screen works by authors;
-view of the jury's works;
 - selection of works for participation in the festival part of the competition;
- selection of works for participation in the International Festival "Slavic Tale" in Bulgaria.

The festival stage of the contest includes:
- viewing of the finalists' works by the participants of the festival and the jury;
- determination of winners by nominations;
- rewarding the winners with valuable gifts.

Competitive video nominations:
- short film (up to 30 min)
- full-length film (up to 180 minutes)
- animation film (up to 120 min)
- clip (up to 10 min)
- documentary film (up to 30 min)
- TV Programm (up to 30 min)

The jury of the festival has the right to introduce additional nominations.

From one author (team of authors) in each nomination is allowed no more than 2 works. The works submitted for the contest must be posted on any of the free file hosting companies (the application specifies a link to work).

Conditions of participation in the competitive program:
In the absence of a nominee (the author of the work or a member of the crew) at the festival stage of the competition, the work does not take part in the contest nomination, but goes beyond the competition.

The program and schedule of the festival is determined by the organizing committee of the festival.
Participants, press and guests of the festival:
Accredited participants are considered to be participants submitted in the Application. As guests of the festival are invited to film and television criticism, representatives of film and television organizations, famous directors, actors. Representatives of the media are invited to the competition in agreement with the organizing committee of the festival.

Accommodation: Accommodation in the Mariupol district of the Mangush territory community.
