1. ICF 2022 is a Live Screening festival curated for contemporary cinema audiences.
2. All films shot on film or Video after 1st January 2021 with a maximum running duration of 30 minutes for competition and 120 minutes for out of competition screening are eligible for the festival.
3. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations.
4. Films other than English language must be subtitled in English.
5. Films may be entered by any organization, agency, individual producer or director.
6. For 'Out of Competition' category all the films that are not selected for screening, money will be refunded as account credits in your FilmFreeway account.
7. All screenwriters can apply with their Scripts or detailed Story of Short Film, Feature Film & TV/ Web Series. All Scripts submitted must be in PDF Format, English Language and must be original work.
8. Selection of Films / Videos / Screenplay for ICF shall be done by a committee whose decision will be final. Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and sector is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society.
9. For promotional / publicity purposes, excerpts from any film entered in the festival may be shown on any Television network / Internet or related media.
10. All communication, including selection & accolades/ certificates and Final Draft winning certificates will be done online.
11. The following competition category - Short Film, Social Issue Short Film, Student Film, Short Film Story/ Screenplay, Feature Film Story/ Screenplay and TV / Web Series Story / Screenplay will have 1 winners each that will be provided with Final Draft certificates.
12. You can submit more than one work, as long as each work meets the applicable criteria.
13. The Festival will not consider commercials or advertisements pornographic content or “work in progress”.
14. Films once selected for the final screening shall not be allowed to be withdrawn until the Festival is over.
15. Notifications shall be sent to the designated contact person that the submission has been received and/or accepted.
16. Decisions of the Festival Authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding on all parties.
