The Interference Film Festival

The Interference Film Festival 2027 is a two day celebration of independent cinema. From extreme shockers, camp cult classics, grindhouse madness, low budget oddities and short films by up and coming directors from around the world!

With a focus on rare screenings of stone cold classics as well as forgotten gems, the event will be an experience you won't forget in a hurry! So come join our awesome community of cult film lovers and bask in the madness that awaits you...

The event will take place at our beloved home of Cultplex, Manchester over the weekend May 28th - 30th individual film options as well as day and weekend tickets will be available. We look forward to seeing you there!

So if you think your work sits within our remit, we want to see it! There will be awards given out for best short film from the weekend (voted for by our audience) and of course the overall Interference Films award to the winning feature length production!
