All are welcomed to view this online presentation. The Los Angles Inner City Cultural Center is a 501 C (3) non-profit public charitable organization. We therefore accept donations which we use of any size. We use donations to support our programs such as the Cultural Legacy Project(CLP) entitled "The Los Angeles Inner City Cultural Center C. Bernard Jackson Memorial Library". All films submitted to this festival and exhibited will be archived in the CLP for ongoing programming, preservation and study.
