Rules & Terms

1- In our Public Choice Award category we will be streaming selected films on a relevant platform to get the public feedback for not more than 30 days for additional Award categories
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUBMISSION & PARTICIPATION:
The festival will not interact with anyone except the submitter and/ or the producer of the film. If any person - be it the actor, writer, director or any from the production crew tries to forcibly extract information about the status of the film from the festival authorities, the festival will have absolute rights to DISQUALIFY THE FILM from competition and/ or screening which you may kindly note. At the same time, the festival may take the decision to ban the production house completely from sending entries to the next editions of the festival.
The entry form / application will be considered only on receipt of Administrative film submission entry.

2. COMPETITION FEATURE FILMS: (Open to all Directors across the Globe)
Films entered in the FEATURE FILM Section should be more than 82 mins and made / released between 1st April 2015 and 15th January 2026

3- For Feature Films And Documentary Films—🎥
*Please Note*:- In Feature Films & Documentary’s Films Category We Will Be Only Screening less than 5 min Of Your Feature Film Showreel which will be provided by Director / Producer / Production Houses...The Unique Part of this, We will Be Arranging 20 minutes One To One Interactive Session / PODCAST With Filmmaker’s About Your Concept And Vision.
This Recorded Session will be Digitally Promoted By Us, So You Can Enhance The Mileage of Your Film ..

4. COMPETITION SHORT FILMS/ DOCUMENTARY / ANIMATION FILMS
Films entered in the Competition Section must have a running length of not more than 30 mins.

5. GENERAL
5.1 Films not presenting sufficient technical qualities for good public screening can be refused by the Festival Director.
5.2 Subtitling is necessary and compulsory for films that are not in English language or in Hindi (Indian Language). Films without subtitles shall not be screened in the Festival.
5.3 The participants must ensure that they have the right to participate in the Indian Panorama International Film Festival with regard to parties connected with the production / distribution of the participating film and / or other right holders/licenses.

5.4 Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these and all Regulations as specified.
5.5 The Festival Director will decide all matters not expressly provided for in these regulations but in conformity with the provisions of the International Regulations for film festivals and its decisions shall be final and binding on all parties.
5.6 Entrants should inform the Festival Director by January 26th ,2026 about their participation, including the titles of films and the names and addresses of the directors, producers, production companies and world sales companies against each film titles.If Winner is not able to come he/she has to bear courier charges of the Trophy.

5.7 Director / Producer Have To Be Present in the award Ceremony, As We Will not Courier Any Trophy to there Doorsteps due to our Festival policy. Meanwhile We can Provide you E-certificate.

NOTE: Festival Director, Programmer, Selection Panel and Jury shall determine selections and / or Award Winners at their sole discretion. IPIFF authorities at any time would not entertain any request pertaining to selection films and / or awards. Decision of the IPIFF festival authorities regarding all matters not expressly provided for in these rules and regulations or which require interpretation of the clauses mentioned above shall be final and binding to all parties.
The Festival is being organized under the aegis of Indian Panorama International Film Festival organisation by Wings to Bollywood.
